SHAW Training was founded by Gemma Napier, a Registered Nurse with over 25 years’ healthcare experience, a Higher Diploma in Safety, Health & Welfare at Work, and extensive experience in emergency response, dental healthcare and workplace safety.

Gemma is a qualified PHECC CFR-A and FAR instructor and QQI Level 6 People Moving & Handling instructor, bringing real clinical and workplace experience to every training session.
